Brand new chicken water/air chilling line.
The line consist of glycol chilled water baths combined with air chilling line.
Product enter the chilling room in the estimate temperature of 40 C. First it runs through the glycol chilled water baths where it is being cooled down to 20 C. After water baths it is taken to air chilling section.
