Each fish is placed in an individual metal plate, circular blade then makes the cut.

The line for filleting and nobbing sprats, herring, sardines and sardinella.

Filleting section is high speed and advanced for processing fish with approximate size 16 cm.

Dimensions of trays for fish (LxW): 160 x 48 mm 

Nobbing section removes the fish head very precisely (without vacuum function).
